MessageWhat an excellent weekend we have just had at Goldings. The MAN2MAN conference was very powerful. I loved what Jim Hogge said about being so full of the Spirit that it leaves no room in your heart for sin! Pastor also preached a very moving sermon on Sunday morning about the cup of wrath and the cup of forgiveness – praise the Lord he took the cup of wrath so we could have the cup of forgiveness! The One Body meetings are also such a blessing. It is so thrilling to see the Holy Spirit moving amongst us. I am also enjoying getting to know more people in the church and am enjoying the prayer link – Our deaf people have been at Goldings for nearly 10 years and never been involved until now – it’s a blessing!

Hebrews 12:14 ….”.without holiness no-one will see the Lord” It's so brilliant to be part of a church where Jesus Christ is exalted and to see so much joy on the faces of believers.

May the Lord be with you always

MessageI do praise God for my wonderful brothers and sisters – my family at Goldings Church. You show me love and grace in action!
I had the operation on both my eyes and was in surgery for just over an hour – I was awake during the operation but could not see so I could not hear the comforting or reassuring words of the surgeons. Pastor was with me in the operation room to interpret but there was no way I could see anything. In my own strength I would have given up and called for them to stop but it was the Lord’s peace that kept me going. I sensed HIS strength and HIS presence with me to comfort me. I was amazed at the end of the operation – I was of course in pain but discovered my sense of humour had survived! I am looking forward to being with you all tonight at the One Body meeting – God willing.
May God blessing be upon you wherever you go and thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for your prayers.
Brian. smilie smilie

MessageTo All at Goldings Church.

It was very good yesterday and both Clare and Ricky spoke very well in their testimonies - they were a blessing to hear. How lovely to see beautiful little Sophie being dedicated by Hazel what a lovely dedication. The whole day was wonderful - we were so encouraged. I do thank Emma for all she did organising the food - what a fantastic meal! Thank you also to all the many helpers serving and working in the kitchen. We really had a great day.

May God bless to you all.
love Janice.
