Message	Wonderful place, excellent location for us to visit friends/family in the Yorkshire area felt like a home from home and have booked again for August. This place will out 'bolt hole' for visits to the area for a long time. Friendly hosts, lovely breakfast and good value. Views could 'drink in' all day -

Message	We are regulars at this beautiful Guest House and have been for many years-it has certainly grown but still feels as friendly and warm.It has a spectacular views and is so near shops, airport etc. and yet minutes to wilder places!! Paradise for walkers or super as base to explore Yorkshire with a car.Can't think of anything else we want to say (as we don't want to make it too popular and do ourselves out of a room!!!)Just -hope to see the owners soon as we love going.

Message	A bit dodgy to find if not familiar with area but well worth the effort. Excellent room, very clean and quiet. The view quite spectacular watching the aircraft lining up to land. Breakfast superb. When I was there they were building more rooms...hope they have been successful. Definitely recommend.
