Message	hello tarlac, I am applying for a business permit in your city and i have assigned my partner to process our papers in the municipyo. all went smooth until he went to the fire dept. personnel there said to him and i quote my partner " ayaw daw pirmahan ng inspector pag di tayo bumuli ng fire extinguisher sa kanila, 10lbs. daw is worth 2,500.00" Of course personnel in the fire dept. will deny this, diba? well anyway, sana hindi po tutoo ito at kung sino po ang concerned agency pakitingnan naman po para kaming mga businessman na gustong magnegosyo sa tarlac ay hindi po magkaproblema. May pangalan po sa akin mga Fire Officer na yun pero hindi ko na po babanggitin para di naman po sila maapektohan. salamat po.

Message	I agree with Godfrey. However, if you really have problems with unruly posters.. your shoutbox should have banning capabilities. Another tip. Don't make the shoutbox as a module or an intergral part of the website. It can be a pop-up or a link.. but not a part of frontpage coz its kinda an eye-s0re especially with dirty posts. Just my two cents.
