| Message | Plea To All Kababayans I believe that all of us can contribute to the development and beautification of our beloved Tarlac. To the wealthy citizens of Tarlac, kindly share whatever you can to make our province thrive and one that will be the envy of everytown in the Philippines!. Think of a project where you can share your expertise and financial success and make a difference not only for yourself but also to the place around you. Get involve directly without the representation of others. I did it so can you? To the less fortunate, being a good citizen and helping your neighborhood is more than enough. What is important is at least you share your precious time in some community activities. Somebody you will prosper, it just take a lot of patience and the Almighty will help you. To our leaders, please do what you promised to your constituents and surely they will love you. Do something beneficial to the community with something they can remember you from even if you are already out of office. It is good to leave a mark something they can remember you from. I am pretty sure if we help one another we will someday enjoy prosperity. To all the balikbayans of Tarlac, visit your hometown and find out how you can make a difference. Share in your success with your town and build a small project. No matter how small it is I guarantee you it is an indication of your heartfelt appreciation to where you came from. Don't wait too long, time is short. Robbie |

| Message | I love Tarlac that is why I go there a few times a year to have fun, peace of mind, and driving around the many places I have not seen when I was growing up there. My farm in San Raymundo, Ramos, Tarlac is where I usually have an enjoyable stay and roam around the many fruit trees I planted four years ago and couple of fish ponds where I fish my own tilapias and taking naps inside my beautiful cottage and residence. It won't be long and I will be there enjoying the fruits of my more than three decades away from my birthplace. I am glad that I was able to share some of my success in my hometown and my alma mater. To all of my kababayans abroad and all over the world take the time to visit Tarlac and you won't regret it. Our province has grown so much over the years and kudos to our leaders and townmates for a job well done. Take care. Robbie |
