Gomer (our Brindle) past away Dec 03,2009 at age 10 and just last night (May 29th) we lost Daisy (our Boston)at age 12. They both loved life and love us as much as we loved them. | Message | What a wonderful site,and the most beautiful danes I,ve seen in ages.I use to own a black dane #1 who died at age one from adisons disesse,then we had a fawn who live to 13yrs and died in her sleep,then we got another fawn,who lived to be 15 yes ,and had to be euth. because she was to feeble and weak to get around and move.Part of us died with them.Now my wife and I are retired nurses we,d like to try a brindle,eighter sex is fine,but unfortunately we can,t afford one at this time being on fixed incomes,we are still young, middle fiftys.So now all we can do is look at pics and cry,we live in newfounfland.keep up the good work,you never know, someday we maybe looking your way for a dog or puppy,just a pet.May God bless you for your wonderful kindness to danes.blessing friends,give our love to your danes ,lol |
