Message	Fighting frustration with frustration, or fighting anger with anger, will only make matters worse. When events and circumstances have you frustrated, discouraged and too focused on what's wrong with life, it's time to change course. Turn yourself around. Rather than escalating the negative, do something positive. Give of yourself, play a game with your children, find someone to whom you can say "thank you." There are many beautiful and valuable aspects to your life -- the people you love, experiences you've had, your spiritual faith, things you treasure and enjoy, places you've been, and everything that brings a sense of pure joy to you. Refuse to let the negative influences control you. Draw strength from the beauty and wonder that is your life. Take the high road, and transcend the negative. When you're heading down the road of negativity, turn yourself around.

Message	在 這 個 版 消 失 改 版 之 前 ， 來 留 一 下 言 ， 講 講 自 己 學 吉 他 的 心 得 第 一 ， 我 覺 得 學 吉 他 好 苦 學 吉 他 要 忍 受 手 指 尖 痛 之 苦 ， 忍 受 練 爬 格 子 爬 到 手 抽 筋 之 苦 ， 忍 受 一 個 人 寂 寞 練 琴 之 苦 。 第 二 ， 我 覺 得 學 吉 他 好 樂 學 會 自 彈 自 唱 好 樂 ， 學 會 一 段 s o l o 好 樂 ， 跟 其 它 同 好 分 享 彈 吉 他 的 樂 趣 好 樂 ， 看 著 自 己 技 巧 一 次 比 一 次 進 步 好 樂 。 那 到 底 是 苦 是 樂 ？ 痛 苦 會 過 去 ， 快 樂 會 留 下 ！！ 彈 吉 他 有 什 麼 好 處 ？ 價 值 在 那 裡 ？ 彈 吉 他 為 了 表 演 給 愛 人 看 ？ 好 幸 福 ， 一 定 要 好 好 練 。 彈 吉 他 解 悶 ？ 用 力 刷 ， 把 弦 刷 斷 ( 我 曾 幹 過 ， 真 爽 ！ ) 彈 吉 他 歡 唱 ？ 吉 他 是 最 方 便 的 利 器 。 彈 吉 他 遇 到 瓶 頸 ？ 把 瓶 頸 拿 起 來 彈 Slide 吧 ！ ( ...... 冷 笑 話 ) 希 望 有 一 天 ， 我 彈 的 吉 他 ， 可 以 感 動 別 人 ， 不 多 ， 一 個 人 就 好 。
