Messagesmilie Hey there Neil, cant wait till your riding clips gets shown on national tv. its about about time that trials riding gets its share of tv coverage since Ryan Leech, recently did his little bit on itv london tonight show, and before that, Martyn Ashton doing a sidehop record on bbc record breakers. the past few years, londoners have embraced Parkour/urban free-running with tv documentaries of JUMP LONDON, & JUMP BRITAIN, with follow up movies of DISTRICT13 and most recent, CASINO ROYALE. Hopefully neil, your extreme riding style will open up new public interest in 2007, and hopefully bigger and better things for trials...keep pushing the boundaries of your sk-neills smilie

MessageHow do you think of discipline? Most of us know and understand the value of disciplined, focused effort, yet we find it difficult to put into practice. Thinking that we need to be more disciplined is one thing -- actually being more disciplined is something else altogether. And it is in the thinking about discipline that we often set ourselves up to falter. We think of discipline as doing without. In order to focus on one thing, we see ourselves giving up all the other things we could be doing at the moment. Yet discipline is ultimately enabling, not restraining. Without discipline, we have possibilities. With discipline, those possibilities become reality. Rather than giving up anything, discipline allows us to choose which of our many possibilities we most want to express. Discipline is so much more practicable when you see the reality of what you're doing, rather than lamenting the fantasy of what could have been. Disciplined effort brings you what you want. What could possibly top that?

MessageHow do you get ahead when so many factors are working against you? Choose to take the initiative. Don't wait until you're so far behind that you end up struggling to catch up. Get out in front of what must be done, long before the time comes. See every moment as an opportunity to make real progress, and you'll find ways to do just that. See every turn of events, every situation, every encounter as a way to build value. Learn from your mistakes, and apply what you've learned to quickly recover lost ground. Learn from your successes, and look for ways to multiply your productive efforts. Stop wishing for the easy way out. Instead, invest your precious time in working on ever more effective ways to create real value. You won't get ahead by searching in vain for ways to quickly jump there. You will get ahead by using every opportunity to steadily and diligently work your way there, step after step after step.
