MessageHallo all! I stumbled upon this website, while looking up reference with regard to Solomon's temple. Busy with Eze 47:1-12. God wants us in His waters, not at the side, wondering about it...
Blessings for all! smilie

MessageI just read your article about the separation of church and state and i can't believe you can seriously say that the 'wall' works only to protect the church from the government and not also vice-versa. It is a wall. It protects both from each other. It also means that these should be matters that have NOTHING to do with each other. Jefferson said a wall between church and state. State meaning the government. What else do you think it means?

And, also, what makes you think that he is talking about Christianity when talking about 'church'. This is certainly not the only church, you must know this. When he says 'church', he means all of the churches that represent all religions. Freedom of religion.

It's amazing. It never ceases to amaze me how far people will go to 'prove' their faith. You are free to believe in whatever you want, as i am. I agree, teachers should be able to have their bibles on their desk if they so wish, and also their Qur'ans or their Torahs or their 'freedom from religion foundation pamphlet' if they so wish to. This would be real freedom of religion.

'In god we trust'? In god you trust. Some religions are not monotheistic, some religions are atheist and some of us have no religion what so ever.

Unbelievable.
