Messagethis story seems very suspicious. if carlos truely feared the cops were gonna kill him and then a few days later he disappears, the police must be investigated. they HAVE to be the prime suspects.
this is a horrible story. i don't know the family, but i feel for them.

Maube you can write your congressman/woman and ask him/her to demand that the police department handeling the case reopen it.

I never personally met Carlos, but know others who knew him. All have said he was a good, gentle kid devoted to his family. I can't imagine what you all must be going through. Hang in there.
