| Message | Thank you for this Web Site! We have about 9 Karen families living in Waterbury, CT for over a year now. We started out with a lot more, but unfortunately, due to lack of sufficient goverment aid, and Connecticut's high cost of living, most of them had to go to other states. My church (Living Faith Christian Church) is very involved in helping them, with donations, "adopting families", transportation, etc. The resources on your website have helped myself and them a great deal. I'm currently trying to learn Karen, so I can communicate with them better. Thanks! |

| Message | I am volunteering with a local Christian organization involved in adult ESl classes with Karen refugees that have recently found a home in our country and in our neighborhood. As we teach English, I hope to learn some Karen; I'm told that this website is a great resource. |

| Message | Hello! Just want to say thanks for letting me and Tyson and Baby visit your fine organisation and letting us see some of the good work you keep up. Thank you very much! I`m back in Sweden now, after participating in the Cultural Orientation Programme that Swedish migrationboard held for the 173 Karen people that was granted resettlement in Sweden. Hope they will have a good life in Sweden. My municipality will receive 21 Karen people tomorrow (10:th of sep.)and 1 guy more on the 24:th of sep.
