| Message | O right boys well done on beating Flint, I'd have liked to play to teach that big maori second row a few lessons, but he can wait untill next season!! My season kicks off this thursday night with a local derby against Waimate, I'm starting in the second row, and my house mate, an irishman named liam, is starting at prop. Training at the club is horendously hard at times, fitness and speed are big parts of the game here, but Im getting there. Ive dropped over a stone in weight so that helps. Were training twice a week, and im enjoying it. How many games do you guys have left? it would be nice to win the championship this season, although i wont be there. anyhow, take it easy, train hard and play well, and remember during matches, "go hard or go home" see you boys sometime this year sweet as bolton. |

What you must do is put your finger on the lightbulb at the bottom of the screen and really think hard about Owen's knee and send positive energy through your finger to the light bulb and on to his knee.  He'll soon be dancing again. |

| Message | Helo. Well done on beating Llangollen, good result lads. When does the champions league kick off then? Hope you go on to win that as well, and make up for last season. I'm still on the farm, but I've got 4 days off to relax, so relax i shall. The super 14 competition started last night, and there will be 6 matches on sky sports this weekend. Whats the news back in Abergele then, anything interesting happen? Nice to see Alan Wright playing in the centre again. I'm starting rugby training soon with the local side. The village is called "Kurow," so I'll be training with them twice a week. Richie McCaw, the NZ captain, played for them when he was younger. Thats all the news at the moment, nothing exitingf much happens when you start work at 4 am and finish at 6 pm!!! Take it easy everyone, Good luck in the chapmpions league, Gareth Bolton. |
