| Message | The rugby club have a social fund raising evening at the Kinmel Manor on Sat 11th Oct, tickets are £10 each and available from the George or myself. There are 3 acts on including a Rod Stewart tribute act. Evenings like these are important for the club, for raising much needed funds and it helps build team spirit. Lets see a big turn out of both players and partners and make it a good night out. Thanks. |

| Message | At long last a message on the club web page from the new Chairman. I have decided to move into the 21st centuary and get a laptop to try and keep up with things. This is without doubt the biggest season in the history of Abergele rugby club both on and off the field. With the personel that we have inplace i do feel that we well equipped for the challenge ahead. If anyone knows of any potenial sponsors could you please let me know or point them in my direction. The numbers at training continue to please although we could always do with a few more bodies. In the 3 years that i have been team manager i think this has been the best pre season training we have had. The 1st team have a friendly at Rhos Wrexham on the 30th and there will also be a friendly for the 2nd team before the league kicks off so that every one will get some game time in. The captains and myself will keep you informed about upcoming fixtures The new fixture handbooks will be available in the next 2 weeks from the George & Dragon when you pay your annual membership of £20. I think that's enough BULL from me for now but i will keep everyone informed with what is going on at the club. Thanks |
