| Message | It's been a nice little journey to discover you- first looking for a better explanation for "Addicted to excitement" the 8th laudry list trait- to finding the audio for a 2008 Adult Children conference in Ca! I loved your meditation and thank you so much for helping me remember who I really am-A precious child of God! I started working the steps in this program this year after almost 11 yrs. in Alanon, and it's been difficult. I was in not so good of a place when I discovered your work and some others that helped me also. I think your such a blessing and I connected right away to your ideas about growing up as children and I've spent time connecting an listening to my higher self lately and seeing the shaming side of myself. How I was able to not act on these things-lead me to a fantastic day! I"m ready to really live. Thanks also for the Cinderella story-wow, I will sure look at fairy tales different.
