MessageRIP-John Stuart Mitchell (MITCH)- EX 3 PARA

On behalf of his daughters Johanna and Sarah I regret to report the passing of their father on Saturday 22 Otober 2011 in Carlisle. Mitch had serious health problems in recent years but always retained his mischievious and quirky sense of humour for which I am sure he will be remembered.Mitch loved the Regiment and felt a huge sense of pride in having served in 3 PARA.
A funeral service is arranged at Carlisle Crematorium for Friday, 28 October 2011 at 3:40pm and arrangements have been made to have military representation.There will be an internment of his ashes in Aldershot Military Cemetery at later date& details TBA.

MessageIam trying to get in touch with John Graham, Dave Mellors and/or Mick Quinn, all who live in Malta.
Sharon and I will be on the Island for two weeks starting next wednesday and are keen to arrange an RV in order to discover the cultural delights of this ancient Island.....failing that to go on the lash!!!!!!!!
If anybody has any contact details of the above mentioned trio or indeed if they should read this themselves then please get in touch ASP please.

MessageHi Guys-Just for your info- as you may know Gaz Meekins, ex 3 PARA lost his arm in a motor accident last year- he is going on a trek to Nepal along with 3 other guys, inc a Para Regt soldier with the intention of raising cash for Forces charities- you can donate if you have any spare cash using his Justgiving website- he has set a target of £1000.
