| Message | I am the original owner of a 1977 280-Z and have done close to $8k in mechanical, tires, mags, trans. 5-speed, clutch, injection system, gas tank, radiator,exhaust system, ignition,etc., etc. This is the first Z in Calif. to have a sun roof installed. The body is straight, including rear louvers. I still have the original Anson mags. I need to find it a good home as it has been a super fun car, but I am unable to enjoy it now. | Message | Hey all. I know I haven't been going to the meeting lately. Duh!!! Life has been hard but now its going good. I live in San Diego now. I will try to make it to some of the meetings and meet all the new people and say hi to the old timers of the group. I miss you all and I now that a few of you are mad at me. I'm sorry. Well talk to you all later. If any of you have a good running 80's or 90's z that you want to sell for cheap write me. I would love to get one again. My old one had problems like there was a bolt broken in the head and ya there was a ticking that I couldn't figure out. I sold it. 6 months later i find out the head cracked because the person i sold it to didn't realize the water pump went out. Well to say the least he had to buy a new engine. I would love to find another one so please email me. I love them and I take care of them. See you all later. |

| Message | FOR SALE I have a 1977 280Z for sale. I'm asking $600 for it. It's been parked for 8 yrs. Probably needs a new battery and a little work to get it running, but it's in good shape and a bargain at this price. It ran when I parked it. Replaced the engine about two years prior to storing. Was going to fix it up (cracked dash, small tear in seat, faded carpet, etc.) after purchasing a new car, but just could never find the time. This car has been garaged for over 20 years and is like brand new. Origional miles 22,000, everything is like brand new. I need to sell it.
