| Message | I am the original owner of a 1977 280-Z and have done close to $8k in mechanical, tires, mags, trans. 5-speed, clutch, injection system, gas tank, radiator,exhaust system, ignition,etc., etc. This is the first Z in Calif. to have a sun roof installed. The body is straight, including rear louvers. I still have the original Anson mags. I need to find it a good home as it has been a super fun car, but I am unable to enjoy it now. | Message | Hey all. I know I haven't been going to the meeting lately. Duh!!! Life has been hard but now its going good. I live in San Diego now. I will try to make it to some of the meetings and meet all the new people and say hi to the old timers of the group. I miss you all and I now that a few of you are mad at me. I'm sorry. Well talk to you all later. If any of you have a good running 80's or 90's z that you want to sell for cheap write me. I would love to get one again. My old one had problems like there was a bolt broken in the head and ya there was a ticking that I couldn't figure out. I sold it. 6 months later i find out the head cracked because the person i sold it to didn't realize the water pump went out. Well to say the least he had to buy a new engine. I would love to find another one so please email me. I love them and I take care of them. See you all later. |

| Message | FOR SALE I have a 1977 280Z for sale. I'm asking $600 for it. It's been parked for 8 yrs. Probably needs a new battery and a little work to get it running, but it's in good shape and a bargain at this price. It ran when I parked it. Replaced the engine about two years prior to storing. Was going to fix it up (cracked dash, small tear in seat, faded carpet, etc.) after purchasing a new car, but just could never find the time.
