| Message | And now I am in Harar in (Eastern) Ethiopia, towards the Somali border.It is the day before Ramadan starts, at least if we can see the moon this evening. It is a bit cloudy and the moon is very very thin (you just missed out on your eclipse today) so we might have to wait another day. Anyway, the city is very busy with people buying what they need before the fasting starts, when they become too tired to do very much... well, not that they DO THAT much, as they eat qat all day.... but now they can only do it during the night! |
