Message	I got a new job last August.Everyday on the way to work, I would pass a factory-like place.In front of the factory is a big gate with a sign "Be aware of the dog".Right by the sign, there was a dog chained to the gate. It was not a small dog, and it would intimidate any one who's near.The dog was always left chained to the gate.They were using the dog as a security guard I guess. After awhile, I noticed that this dog was "always" outside at the gate.Regardless of the weather, season, day or night. It was always outside. Although there is a shelter looking thing at the gate for the dog to stay away from the rain, I still thought it is not how you would treat a dog. The dog certainly didn't look happy It grew sadder and sadder, thiner and thiner. One day the dog looked strange. It looked like it was sleeping but.. something's odd about the way it slept. I conviced myself that I was thinking too much.Couple days after, the dog's gone. In came a new dog.What happened to the old dog? Did it die? Now this dog doesn't look happy either. I afraid very soon this dog will die too like the previous one. Is there somewhere I can report to about the situation?
