Message	SO CLOSE BUT SO FAIR 20K OUT i was hoping i surpose i went to Maidstone today to Clive Emson Auctions I was there with a friend we was going for a bar based in dover which had a guide of 120k to 150k freehold it had a down stairs and upstairs it was formly Jays its a quite a big gaff before i went i spoke to a few friends in diffrent music fields which wanted to give this project a go anyway some bloddy african outbided me and went on to 180k in the end and our badget was 160 never know another meight turn up? so we can have our nights
