| Message | Barbara, I love your website! You have done so much research and it is very interesting and well organized. Thank you for sharing with me. My line is the Stockton line and I am a descendent of Daniel Morgan Stockton, son of Clayton, and grandson of Daniel. My deepest roots on the Stockton family line is Missouri. Beginning with Clayton Morgan Stockton, his son Daniel Morgan Stockton, Daniel's daughter Mary Parthenia Polly Stockton, her daughter Martha Rowena Grant, her daughter Mary Olive Ollie Smith, her daughter Hester Hazel Sims (my mother). All of the above ancesters lived in Dade County, Missouri and are buried there. Clayton, Daniel, and Mary Polly in the Stockton Family Cemetery. Martha (Grant) Smith and Ollie (Smith) Sims in the Liberty Cemetery which is just a couple of miles away. My mother moved to Oklahoma with her family in the early 1900's and started the Sims/Fallwell line in Oklahoma. I have enjoyed you website very much and plan to visit again soon. Thanks again! |

| Message | HI, I'm Ron Minor, been looking at your web-site trying to gather information. Mainly abour Robert Owens, a brother to Thomas who was born in Wales, both were. Robert is the father of Margaret Ellen Owens, my great great grandmother. My understanding is that Robert was killed in a land dispute and for whatever reason Margaret was commited to an asylum sometime after marrying my great great grandfather Horace Minor. I think a lot of my problem in finding information is that no one wants to admit of having a relative being in an asylum. She must have been a good person because we are. Any information you can give me would be greatly appreciated |

| Message | Your website is well done! My husband is descended from John Milton Hagey, one of Levi's younger brothers, who lived mostly in Union Co, OR. I understand that the elder Andrew Hagey died on his ODLC #2092, in the Howell Prairie area. It seems odd to me that he would be buried in Dundee, rather than on his own claim, or in a nearby cemetery. But I haven't been able to prove that he is not in the Dundee Cemetery. I appreciate your checking the elder Andrew & Catherine Hagey's Dundee cemetery information. It would be good to settle this matter. Gerrie S. |
