I don't know about K for the baby's name, Ginger never liked it that we couldn't fine things with her name, now you can but not so much back when she was little. Just a thought.

MessageSorry to hear you have the same problem I have, meds that are suppose to make you sleepy put me in high gear. Mother said that I have all ways been that way, guess your cousin Tammy is the same way, oh well family trait.
I would love you give some advice but I don't have any, wish I did, would use it myself when needed.
Hopefully sleep will come soon.

MessageI think that either watching a great movie late at night or reading one of those books you just can't put down is sure to put you right to sleep...

Of course I've never been pregnant or had difficulty sleeping, so I'm not really the one to ask... smilie

MessageHave you tried just reading a good book? I can recommend lots smilie . We'll br praying that it gets easier, but oft times it is not til the baby arrives that this happens smilie .

MessageTry a glass of milk. Somethings I do are to quote Bible verses, starting at Genesis and working through the Bible. Of course you have to have memorized some to do that. Sometimes I build a house in my mind from the bottom up, often I pray for everyone. As you can see I am often awake at night and can't sleep. I'm delighted if I don't wake up until morning. smilie
