MessageYou are crazy girl! 30 is nothing, I'm pushing 40 and I feel like I'm 20... Don't sweat it, I say, but I guess a lot of people do... smilie

I never did much care what the number was myself, I think I remember Uncle Neil turning 40 and how freaked out he was (of course I could be wrong)... smilie

I don't care if I'm 40 or 50 or whatever... I live my life to the best of my ability, and whatever happens, happens... smilie

MessageLooking at those photos makes me think of my wedding day. Candy came to the rescue for me! I had put my hair up in curlers the night before. When I took it down a little while before the wedding it looked awful. I could not get it put up in any way that made me happy. I was on the verge of tears if not crying already. Candy took over and worked magic! I don’t know how, but she made my hair look good. She even followed me to the club to put the finishing touches of baby breath in before the ceremony. From one bride to another – THANK YOU CANDY!

MessageWell, back in my day, we didn't even have air-conditioned space ships or flying saucers....we just had to hope we made it to the next planet before we died of heat exhaustion! smilie smilie smilie

I don't know what all the complaints are about your guestbook. I never have any trouble with using it...seems to work right fine fer me! smilie

Hope you get your air fixed quickly!

MessageYes, but when we didn't have air-conditioning we also griped "a lot". smilie Everyone had a thermometer and would declare it was hotter at their house. The heat was always the main topic of conversation. But there were advantages. It was just too hot to do such and such today. So we got to use that excuse to get out of work. Sometimes it was also too hot to even play. We didn't get a place with air-conditioning until 1988. I can't imagine not having it today. We are so used to it.
