| Message | My Uncle AJ is dead at age 60. For a man that spent his entire life following the "great works of Dr. Chris," he died because his obsession lead to his compulsion which ultimately caused his death. Dr. Chris' method was not about nutrition; it was about mind control. He controled people's behavior and hurt more people then he healed. When I was a child, my parent's took me to Dr. Chris because I was hyperactive. He threatened to institutionize me to cure my over active behavior. I did not need an institution, I needed parents that would pay attention to my needs. Whenever something becomes obsessive and compulsive (even dieting) dysfunctional behaviors develop.
