MessageI would like to express my deepest congratulations to the people,and leaders of Koronadal for the continued progress of the City.
I am sure that if my father Jesus M. Larrabaster were alive today, he would be so proud of the achievements of the pioneers, settlers and their families have accomplished. Their participation on the growth of the City is of great value.
I presently reside in the US, but would like to visit Koronadal soon!!!
