During my three years as her client, Daryl-Ann consistently impressed me with her attention to detail, professionalism, reliability, and courteous flexibility when managing schedules. Executives frequently gave me feedback that they felt at ease and had fun being photographed by her, in addition to loving how they looked in their portraits (sometimes extra prints were ordered for personal copies!). | Message | I was very impressed with the quality and efficiency of the photo session I had with Daryl-Ann Saunders. A far better experience than I have had with other commercial photographers. She was very careful to ask what type of impression I was looking to convey and she pulled it off effortlessly. I needed a dignified, yet friendly-looking portrait for a last-minute special event in which I was to participate as a speaker. Even with a tight deadline, Daryl-Ann created a comfortable setting with elegant backdrop and flattering studio lighting. She made it easy for me to relax and smile and made sure to capture a range of expressions. The final photo was top notch and up on the event organizer’s website the very next day. | Message | One of the best things about working with Daryl-Ann was the attention she gave to getting a sense of me as a person so that she could use her observations of my character to convey the subtleties of my personality in the photographs. She has a keen eye for detail and went way beyond the call of duty to make sure that everything was perfect – she offered a lot of helpful and much needed advice, threw in extra touches for the prints, and accommodated to my hectic schedule. She was also just a pleasure to work with – she is kind and generous, and she really put me at ease (which was important to getting a natural and relaxed shot). And, most importantly, the photographs were gorgeous – I could not have been happier! |
