MessageHi Corrina-

I play harp and fiddle and have color/hearing synesthesia.
I like your harp playing because it is full of the unexpected, and it creates for me actual tone colours about a foot in front of me. Not all music does this.

Glad I found your music. When are you playing the States?

Best Wishes,
Tina Larkin

MessageHi Corrina,

I met you in Dulles airport (red head with baby) and have successfully found your Web site! I have enjoyed hearing some of your tunes and seeing the great feedback people have given you about your gigs... good luck to you that your creative success continues.

My baby Oliver was a champ on the plane and slept most of the way. Now unfortunately his little body is confused back here in Finland and I am up each night, last night until 3:30 am with him... at least he is chatty and not crying smilie. Will have to buy 'Harp I Do' to keep us calm and happy.

Nice meeting you and put me on a list announcing where you will be performing.

Take care,
Sally

Message50 lucky people attended a house concert at the Knowles's near Gettysburg on the celebratory weekend of the Battle of Gettysburg.

Corrina performed magnificently, performing selections from her new CD "Harp I Do" (strongly recommended!) and various selections from other recordings and performances.

She was magical, showing a connection to her instrument I have not seen before. She was having so much fun performing, embracing every second of her stage time with a cherub smile and dreamy eyes creating a higher communication to her audience through her music. Her amazing voice, story telling and infectious laugh sealed the deal for those us lucky enough be in the room. She is a top shelf musician and performer.

I was also lucky enough "have some tunes" with her and some local musicians. Although I am new to this genre, it was a night of many memories. Watching Corrina either drive the tunes, or follow "new" tunes was incredible. She picked up new songs immediately and played them with a deft touch and authority, always blending flawlessly.

And her songs! The luck and joy of hearing her sing in a personal and unamplified environment was beyond belief. Her voice is so full and rich without harshness or bite, it's as if she is singing a personal lullaby to each and every person in the room. Amazing!

Corrina, Thank You! Keep sharing the love.

And Buy Her Music!!!! I can recommend Harp I Do, Butterfly, and Sugarcane. They are awesome! smilie
