MessageHi Folks,

Thanks for all these nice words. There have been a lot of hits and downloads recently so I upgraded the bandwidth to enable downloads of full versions of some of the songs. I put Revolution Song and Samantha there. If you want a full version of Itchy Fingers, go to www.download.com [Music] and search for Stone Autumn. There are about 1300 downloads so far.

Sláinte

Craig.

MessageI have not had the pleasure of hearing you. Or the pleasure of visiting Scotland. smilie YET.
I plan on making the 2007 Convention. Perhaps I will be fortunate enough to hear you in person then. Though I am going to download some of your' music when I get home from work. Everyone who did see you
seemed to be quite impressed.

Have a lovely day
smilie

MessageHi Craig,

Well, I'm another USA lassie that got to hear you at the Oran Mor on Burns night 1/25/06. We all loved you, and were sad that we had to leave before you got to play very much. Cathy posted that you were looking for some pictures of the band that night, and I'm pretty sure I have some, but I'll have to check when I get home. (I'm currently checking out your site at work smilie ) Anyway, I'm also from Kentucky, so you now have 2 places to stay if you come to our fair state. I can't wait to get home and download your songs. I loved what little I heard and can't wait to get another wee taste.

cheers,
pat

MessageLoved ya at Oran Mor on Burns Night January 25th! Simply wonderful! I really wish we could have stayed much longer too. My father is a piper (though long out of practice - we keep asking him to take it up again) and so I have a deep appreciation for this kind of music in general - you might say I was brought up with it. But to hear it in Scotland on such a special occassion...it was just so wonderful. I have a lovely picture (more artistic than anything else) of Alejo that I'll send on as soon as I have it downloaded. And, further, didn't I see him on Buchanan Street on Sunday the 22nd? I'm pretty sure it was him - LOVED that too! Hope he enjoyed the quid I dropped in his case. The kilt alone deserved it - but his playing is quite spectacular as well!

Anyway, lovely performance last Wednesday all of you and I too have bookmarked your wonderful site. I'll be following your progress as well. Cheers!

-Kara

MessageHey, no fair Kerry! smilie You beat me in here!

I, too, had the honor of hearing you play on Burns night, and was sitting beside Kerry. Many of us were grumbling about having to leave the show just when you were getting ready to play. BOO! I have a picture with Alejo, sweet man that he is, and he's the one that gave me your website info. I would absolutely love a CD, if you have any available. I'd love to send Alejo the picture of us, too, as it's quite a good picture of him, and looks just like me (rrrrrr).

I've got your site bookmarked, and will be watching you progress! Come to Kentucky! You can all sleep on the floor at my house!

MessageHi Kerry,

Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed the Burns Night. I really enjoyed that last set - people were really up for it. The usual organisational nightmare at Oran Mor meant we were down on the floor and not up on stage (like last year). Thankfully, Duncan (one of the staff [manager?] and sound engineer] saved the day for us and got us a decent sound in what is a difficult place to play. Church halls and PAs dont mix well.

We were double booked on the Friday so we didnt get to play our first set of mandolin tunes etc. and only played at the end whilst people were leaving. You were there on the right night.

I see you sent me an email with your postal address so I will stick a CD in the post for you. You will be one of the first to hear our two new tracks.

Best wishes Kerry,

Craig.

MessageI saw you play at Oran Mor on Burns Night 25-Jan-06 and you were fantastic! I wanted to hang around and listen to more, especially Alejo playing guitar, but our transportation came and hurried us away. smilie Alejo, you're fantastic on the pipes but I could listen to you play guitar for hours! (By the way, I saw you playing pipes on Buchanan Street on my very first day in Glasgow and was impressed.)

If Chris can get you a gig in Iowa I'll see what I can do about a gig in Kansas. You could tour the Scottish festivals all over the midwest!

Any chance I could get a CD of your music? I would be more than happy to pay for it and for shipping. I'm looking forward to hearing more of your music and hope to see you again next time I'm in Scotland!

Happy hogmanay! smilie

Muchos saludos y muy Felices Fiestas!
