MessageShane, sorry to hear you are back in the hospital. You and your family are with us in our prayers. I hope this does not sound wrong, but I have prayed for your healing and maybe God is going to heal you on this side or the other, but either way I know in my hearts of hearts you have and will touch many, many lives with your faith and your "healing." Jeremiah 29:11-14, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call up me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you, declares the Lord, and will bring you back from captivity." Shane, maybe your captivity has been cancer, but your freedom is sure to come by your faith and belief in God. You are a spiritual mentor to me and I have to thank you for your spirituality. Chad, my thoughts are with you as well as this time has too be very trying for you. May God's blessing fall upon you as well. Our prayers are also with you, The Whitakers, as well.

I am glad to hear that you are eating and drinking OK, thats good. Don't worry about your voice-people are hearing you, people feel every word you type. It's good your brother is with you-thats what brothers are for.
I'm going to change the tone of this message--because the only reason I write is 2 try and give you alittle smilie smilie smilie smilie smilie smilie smilie ! We went to the barrel racing-girls won alittle money. Coulda gone faster, I think, 18 second range. Reginia almost knocked down a barrel-but when she went around she put her foot out and held the top of the barrel down as she went around it. Pretty good? smilie smilie The weather has cooled off--which is good-I thought it might put a dent in the insect population smilie smilie --but oh no-it hasn't. Our pasture has gone BOT fly crazy!!! They are terrible! Rachael has gotten good at catching them with her hand. Me, I chase'em but, I can't even get a decent swat in on one them devils! smilie smilie They are evasive! My new dog Scarlet is really starting to show her personality and her accident rate has slowed way down. Fewer wet spots-no poopoo prizes! smilie
