MessageI didn't get any points in the Jamboree race? 93 Z71, B Super Street, weren't there only like 8 trucks in the class? Dosen't really matter, I'm nowhere near the top of the class, and not too worried about it, just curious.

MessageMatt- Sorry you didn't make it out, thought you were going to be there for your last race of the season. I took 1st in A street with a 5.01 and Tricky finished in 2nd. The kid with the Duramax, was very thoughtful of the dispute I was making about him being allowed to run A street and didn't enter. The only other truck that ran was Tricky's 6 banger. I didn't really pay attention to the times of any of the other classes, sorry bro. Hope u can make it out for this coming Saturday.

While I am here, I would like everyone to keep the family of NHRA's funny car driver Scott Kallitta, in their thoughts. He was killed yesterday afternoon during a qualifying run in Englishtown New Jersey. He just did bust in to the race brackets with the run he died making as 13th qualifier. Professional funny car racing has lost a man who will always be rememberd as one of it's greatest personalities. he will be missed and remembered for many yeears to come. truly, a class act.

Hope to see and wish everyone good luck for this coming race weekend. Once again, I will be trying something a little different in hopes of shaving off a tenth or two. I wil also be dedicating my passes to the rememberance of Scott Kalitta. It is going to feel weird watching NHRA funny car without his presence for a while...

Congratulations to all who showed up and raced. The jamboree was a good time. Hope everyone comes out again soon. Hope to see everyone out again next race. Hope we don't see that "Spectre" Hyundai again......that had to be a ghost car that went down the flat track!! Chasing a mini van to boot!! We either had way to much to drink or it was a figment of someone's imagination!! Good luck to everyone who has to be teched next race!! I hope everyone passes their class rules within "INTERPRETATION" hehehe!!! Be good!! smilie
