TODAY I FEEL REALLY PROUD THAT I WAS A PART OF THIS INSTITUTION WHICH HAS MOUND MY PERSONALITY AND MADE ME A COMPLETE MAN.
TODAY JUST BY PASSING NEAR IT'S GATE I CAN REMEMBER THE MOST WONDERFUL AND CHEERFUL 10 YEARS OF MY LIFE AND FEEL PROUD THAT I WAS A PART OF THIS INSTITUTION.

MessageHi to All, I have spent the best years of my schooling years from Std.V to Std.XII. I am happy to see the web site of my school.The class memories are still alive in my mind.

My teachers through the years were Ms.Specy D'Souza, Ms.Gupte-Hindi, Britto & Christopher-PT, Francis Marathi, Dube-Hindi, Niranjan, Ms.Coral D'cuhna, Manlekar, Mathure,Barve, Kamal Dixit-Marathi, Lidya, Aloo Shroff, Collette, Ida, D'Cruz,Vijaylaxmi,Rafael,George.All our teachers were unique in their own way.

I was one of the most mischievous students of my class. Guess our teachers were uncomfortable teaching our class of ex-convicts!!!.

I think that my teachers will still remember me & many of my well wishers of my batch for my/our good conduct which usually tempted them to show us the way out of the class for long durations.

Finally we got tired of standing in the morning assembly after the 8th standard so we had to find some comfortable way of avoiding one hour of everyday morning torture.

Hats off to SJBHS & my heart full thanks to all our teachers and non-teaching staff. I pray that my school will always continue to be the best in Thane.

MessageHello everyone,

Wow ... just went thru 35 pages of messages. Every single message brought back memories of those days gone by. I could hear the school anthem, the midday church bell (the Goooood Dayyyy sirs), the cricket matches during school lunch breaks, the ice candy & karvanda vendors outside the school gate, the walk home thru Cherai / Tembi Naka, the great teachers .... the list is endless.

It's been almost 30 years since I left school. This site is amazing. Kudos to the people who thought of this site. Just wondering where everyone is. Names that come to my mind and makes me wonder about their whereabouts are so many : Raju Pillai, Poddar, Atanu, Satish Kamath, Sujit Dey, Sridhar Iyer, Prashanth Pillai, Wilson, Nandy ... I'm quite sure there are some more.

Hope so all of you, mentioned above and not mentioned also, from the batch of 1979 are doing good. In case someone is listening, please do get in touch : [email protected]
