| Message | I spent two happy years in St John's in 1955-56 and 1956-57 during the time Father Frank Lobo was the Principal. Later we were very sorry that he died quite early due to cancer. Mr. Karunakaran, Ms Dolly and Ms Almeida were remarkable teachers. Iqbal Singh, Nagendra Shenoy, Cyril Loreno, Sushila Shanbag, Vimla Mirchandani, Wilfred Dsouza were some of my classmates and good friends. I went on to St Xaviers College in Bombay. I am now 70, but the memories of the school are quite vivid, and all are fond memories that I cherish. I am very pleased to see that my Alma Mater has flourished and is now a ranking school and junior college. All my best wishes for this school which taught me so much. |
