| Message | i use to listien to kroy 1240 am back in the seventys i was about 10 or 12 my mom and dad use to drive me to kroy 1240 am when it was at arden way i use to bring my transiter radio up by the window to whatch the dis jockeys and to see my best friend terry nelson. terry nelson use to take me for a tour plus i would see at the window the wonder rabbit,chuck roy, tom chase, and the other dis jockeys i miss the old kroy 1240 am i wish it was back on the air i hope you bring it back someday from joey swiencki in carmichael ca, now i'am 40 am radio stations is not the same any more |

| Message | KROY v KXOA who could ever forget the great radio durring the years the two of you battled for control of our radio knobs. The first thing I ever won from a radio station was a Grand Funk Railroad LP had to go pick it up at night on Arden way, what fun Radio was then ! Currently live where we only have one station KGBR fm they are throw backs in the way the dj handles the air time. Nice Site  |

| Message | Life is a rock, but the radio rolled me. That radio was 1240 KROY. KROY was there for the good times as well as the bad. KROY made the bad times not so bad and made the good times even better. Life hasn't been the same since KROY left the airwaves. Thanks for all the good times and memories! |
