| Message | Been a while folks!! Have been experiencing this powdery phenomenon of which El Porko has referred!
Made it up to some real pistage on Saturday as was the first day of opening of a local resort in the Jura (Mini mountains near Geneva), but the powder was awesome at least knee deep. The windchill of -14 did bite a bit at the top, but lower in the trees was almost as good as boarding in Hail (perfect boarding race surface -Balaclavas a must though). New board is a vast improvement on the last sled!
If you don\'t know already, I am out of this country on the 1st Jan with this snowrider crowd, never to return to Plymouth soil (unless it is worth it). The season is calling and have a reserve position with Thomson for a Resort Rep for French or Swiss Alps!! Will keep you all posted on where and when, but they may call me on the trip to tell me that I am urgently needed to Rep after the trip and to stay put.
Sorry about the mammoth essay, but I will be around until New Years Day, so looking forward piss-ups a plenty before the trip! O yeah, just brought back 175Cls of Jim Beam for 32CHF (£14), if anyone fancies a cheeky half over here before the trip or New Years eve, otherwise should make a good water replacement on the bus!!
