Using Hotmail? Read this!
For some reason Hotmail marks all emails sent from ultraguest.com as spam. In order to prevent welcome emails and lost password requests to be filtered you need to add ultraguest.com to your "Safe Senders" list. If you are not sure of how to do this, take a look at this movie:
