Live support
Greetings!
As some of you may have noticed a new icon has appeared on the front page of ultraguest.com indication live support. Live support is given for 4-5 hours daily these days. This is not a permanent service offered (for obvious time constraining reasons), but when new features are added it is important for me to get immediately feedback if you notice any bugs. Feel free to contact me for any live support issue whenever the icon indicates that I'm online, but new feature bugs will be given priority if discovered. Thanks for your feedback and support! Lets make ultraguest one of the best guestbook services together! |

I've changed the Live Support system (now using Support Suite from Kayako). The chat icon for live support can be found on this page on the lower right hand side:
http://www.ultraguest.com/support Live support is usually available for 2-3 hours per day. When new features are added or changes are made to the system the live support is avaiable for longer hours. Feel free to use the ticket system (also found at the above URL) or this forum to get support. |
