All I want to do is cancel my guestbook with you and I can't. Not only that, I had to join this forum to get assistance. Please help, this really shouldn't be necessary.

It is possible to delete a guestbook without assistance. Please access the Control Panel (from www.ultraguest.com) and select the following from the menu:
My Account -> Delete Account
Enter your username and password, confirm that you want your account deleted. And that's it. Please note that once your account has been deleted there is no way of reverting the operation. All guestbook entries and your account data are permanently removed.
