I just put a view guestbook link on my site thinking there would be a sign link in the guestbook itself, but I don't see one.
How do people sign, or do I have to have seperate view and sign links on my page?

Try to enter this as a link on your homepage http://www.ultraguest.com/sign/(your_accont), othervise there is a sign guestbook on the top of of your guestbook.

Debbie, could you explain a bit more? I am not sure exactly what you ask...
Is your question 'how do i put a link in my webpage TO the guest book, or how do I link back to my page FROM my guestbook..?
