Just some minor changes, but here they are:
Disable smilies and CAPTCHA
You may now disable the Verification Image (CAPTCHA) and smilies from your guestbook. This is done under "Options" in the Control Panel. (Uncheck the options you no longer want to use.)
Background Image (updated)
You may also add a background image to your guestbook. Click on "Design and Layout" in the Control Panel and add the website address of the image (such as http://www.ultraguest.com/images/bg.gif) and click on "Save Changes".
