I am unable to log in to my guestbook
Enable cookies. - I have tried enabling and disabling cookies
Check that your CAPS LOCK key is OFF.
Make sure that you are using the correct email
Try to close all your browser windows, then restart your browser. - Done, Did not help
Delete your cookie files. - Done, Did not help
Clear your browser's cache. - Done, Did not help
My computer has Windows XP (upgraded from Win 98)
I have MSIE 6 and Mozilla FireFox both loaded.
When I try to log in I get an error message stating the email address is not recognized but this is the email address I received after turning in a trouble ticket to your help desk.
