Last week I installed a new helpdesk (http://www.ultraguest.com/support (http://www.ultraguest.com/support/)). While a public forum such as this one is nice, it does not cover all situations.
If you don't feel like asking "stupid questions" on this forum or you have a support matter that require you to submit personal information (such as your email), I kindly ask that you use the new helpdesk (http://www.ultraguest.com/support).
Please note that it is probably a good idea to first search this forum (http://forum.ultraguest.com/search.php) or the new knowledgebase (http://www.ultraguest.com/support/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=view) (under construction) since your problem has most likely been solved before.
