| Message | Oh my God!! Have just been looking through the Liverpool Picture Book L6/L7.and out popped our corner shop and our house attached to it. Broke my heart. All these beautiful memories. I am 75 and going blind with Glaucoma. Is there any way I can buy a copy of this picture.Will await your reply before telling you exactly what it is. Been crying my eyes out. Church where I got married is in the background (over 58 years now). All the upset pulling these lovely houses down to build that bloody carabuncle!!  |

| Message | Please have a look at Huyton past This facebook site has loads of pics of the Huyton area L36 if you are planning to update to L36 im sure leanne williams and Paul Woods and a bloke called Ken would allow you permission to ues their photos if you ask nicely, there is some corporation photos on there supplied by Ken. and Paul Woods takes his own pics there is also some that i think has been pinched from other internet sites i live in Huyton but was originaly from Old Swan i love all theese sites and looking at all your hard work so thank you, maybe you could just add the Huyton past link to your site but it may be worth your while to have a look and see what you think, they also have a Bootle past and a Liverpool city past hope this helps in your research.Thank you from a very appreciative viewer. |
