| Message | I reserved putting in a testimonial until I had some track record of how my new systems work. I had both of my systems replaced last summer. Curtis and his techs are fantastic. From my initial meeting through the install I have nothing but high praise. Curtis didn't try to upsell me beyond what we needed and installed two systems that cut my utility bill in half (no kidding). Not only that, we are gloriously COOL! His techs did a wonderful job on the install. They were meticulously clean and fast. They also made my system better everywhere they touched it. They repaired all the little things they found wrong that the previous install didn't do correctly. I have recommended them to my neighbors and they did an install for one of them with the same results. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who will listen. They are great! |

| Message | I have searched and interviewed numerous A/C Companies over the last three years to update and install new equipment for my home. My equipment was 20 years old, on its last leg and I feared for the worse that it would not make it through another Texas summer. A General Contractor friend that I currently do business with recommended I contact Curtis Dorsey and American Air Masters. So I did and what an excellent choice I made. Cannot say enough good things about how I was treated as a customer. Their employees were meticulous, thorough and highly qualified. They answered every question I had and went beyond my expectations. The equipment installed was exactly what my house needed. I wasn't sold some fancy high dollar system. They relied on proven performance from current AHRI standards and I know this equipment will do the test of time. And lastly, Curtis and his wife treated me like I was their only customer. | Message | My 13 year old Carrier Air Conditioner had a burned out compressor motor and a rusted, leaking coil. I called American Air Masters because I had used them before for service and always had good results. Curtis came out and gave me a great quote on a new Lennox unit. He has been in the business for 30 years and has a wealth of knowledge and experience. He even loaned us a couple of window units until they could come out and install new equipment. The install was on time, professional, and without issues. Will definitely use them in the future! Great job!   |

| Message | Great experience. Curtis explained in great detail what was wrong with my AC unit and all the available options. I decided to replace the whole system and Curtis' quote was the best. On installation day, they showed up right on time and did an excellent job. All 3 guys were nice and professional but I have to say that Jeff went above and beyond. Thanks! |

| Message | We just had a new Lennix HVAC unit put in by American Air Masters. Curtis came out to give us a bid and explained how and what they were going to do. He answered our every question with great detail before we had to ask. We told him we have a system that is 11 yrs old and that we have never been cool or warm in the master suite. He looked at our current duct work and explained what was wrong. We had other bids (much more expensive) and none of them explained anything other than a short answer to our questions. One company was not changing any ducts. Jeff and his crew came at 9:00 am as scheduled. They were very kind and professional. They completely redid the routing of all ducts. I was totally surprised by this. I can't even say enough about how great these guys were. I will recommend them highly. |

| Message | American Air Masters replaced the entire HVAC system at my rental house. They were responsive, professional and incredibly easy to work with. They do very high-quality work, have fair and honest pricing and provide good information, not a sales pitch. Curtis and Rick also gave me their thoughts on the HVAC system in my own home (which is outside the area that American Air Masters services) and their advice was invaluable in deciding the scope of work. I have rarely come across the level of integrity and thoughtfulness I found when working with American Air Masters and would highly recommend them. |

| Message | I saw their ad in the paper and gave them a call. The price of the system was in the ad and that's what I paid. The owner sold the system over the phone before anyone came out. I liked the way he talked. He said if there were good parts that could be used that he would use them saving me noney. The salesman was knowledgable and courteous. The workers were friendly and did an outstanding job. I put down some blankets to cover my carpet. They came with their own floor covering, so I didn't need mine. I can't thank them enough. They were a Godsend and they saved me about $10,000.00. |

| Message | We had solicited several company's visits to give us estimates for a new HVAC system. We were very impressed with Curtis'visit that included a review of our present system, explanation of different makes and pros and cons, and recommendations of one that would both meet and exceed our needs and resolve our complaints with our present system and why. He was knowledgable, thorough, took his time, answered all our questions. He seemed genuinely interested in getting the best unit for us, with a price lower than all other estimates we had had...AND the tax was included in the estimated price. The install procedure was explained to us thorougly. The actual install went smoothly with a courteous, skilled, and hard working crew that totally cleaned up the work area. It definitely was a good experience. Our new system works SO much better, with increased air flow to our previously problem areas. We are thrilled and would highly recommend this wonderful ethical company. They will be our service and replacement company from now on. |
