| Message | I stayed at the B&B as part of a wedding party last weekend, what a lovely place to stay with such a frienly atmosphere. The rooms are huge with amazing views over the city and beautifully decorated. I can't fault the level of service, they were so friendly and helpful. Brilliant location, close to the city- I will be recommending this place to everyone I know who is going to Edinburgh. Will stay there agin when I next visit!  |

| Message | We were transferred to this hotel when our original choice overbooked, We couldn't have been more delighted . From the warm welcome to the beautiful clean contemporary rooms to the amazing Scottish breakfast. The hotel and been recently renovated with great contemporary designed bedrooms whilst retaining some of the lovely old features. Will definitely visit again. |

| Message | Six out of five stars! Absolutely Stunning. Such a pleasure to stay. We were there for 3 nights in October 2012 for our honeymoon. Such friendly staff, very helpful. Just the best breakfasts ever with great variety. We also really appreciated the all day access to the coffee machine in the library...oh and the library, very very nice. We strongly recommend it to anyone! |

| Message | We were here for 4 days at the end of August 2012. Its a great place to stay as it is clean, comfortable, had brilliant modern design features and amazing architecture, the staff are helpful & friendly, its close to Princes St and the food is delicious. We had a room upgrade with beautiful views across the city & it was a lovely "home" to come back to each day. The Bonham and Sygn are really good places to eat in the evening. |

| Message | I've just come back to London after spending 3 nights here. Really enjoyed my stay. . Nice rooms, friendly staff and good location. Especially liked the walk behind the hotel over the dean bridge and dean village. Will definetlley recommend to friends and hope to go back one day.  |

| Message | We stayed in May whilst visiting family. West End, central location; amazing building with beautiful original features and stunning views over the City from the breakfast room. Very spacious everywhere; added bonus of a bar (unusual for a bed and breakfast); stylish bedrooms, very generous full Scottish breakfast. Free wifi and use of guest laptop - great for doing our flight check ins and printing off boarding passes! No nasty surprises when you get your bill. This is a real find! |
