Sweetevil responded to my SMS request within 10-15mins and gave helpful recommendations to help me decide which products to buy. Service was good as I could make arrangements to self-collect the Kindle on that day itself (I needed it really urgently). A Kindle User Guide was shared through e-mail, and an invoice was also provided upon request. My overall experience with Sweetevil, though short, was a really smooth and enjoyable experience! Upon confirmation, arrangements to meetup for collection was made promptly. Product came as promised. My kindle came in an amazon sealed and in brand new condition. Very saatisfied with the buyer and would highly recommend this seller to everyone. Price is reasonable too. WIll definately buy again! |

I ordered the paperwhite and found that it is unable to fit my basic kindle.  The seller is willing to do an exchange for me, even it is my mistake.
