| Message | The service at Las Vegas Computer Doctor is extraordinary. I have been using them for a few years now. When my laptop stopped working the first time, Armando had it up and running for me the next day, new hard drive, completely cleaned. He also showed me how to keep my computer clean of viruses and running at optimal speed. All prices were discussed before service and the charges were exactly what we had discussed, no upcharges. After a couple of years the computer started acting up again. I took it in to Armando and he tested and tested it. He thought he had it fixed however the laptop continued to fail. I am very grateful as they have given me a refund of this repair charge. Unlike other places who charge you whether they are able to repair your equipment or not, if Armando cannot fix it or the repair does not stick they will refund your money. Thank you for all the help that you have provided me.  |

| Message | I just received my computer from Armando at the Vegas Computer Doctor on West Charleston. I was actively searching for a repair shop to repair a minor problem when I spotted his shop in an unassuming retail mall set back from the street. I pulled in to check it out the store. I was immediately impressed from the first moment I spoke with Armando. I had just happened upon his shop, and I could not believe my luck. The shop was clean, highly organized and well maintained. After watching Armando interact with the customer in front of me, it was obvious he was extremely competent, methodical and very conscious with the quality of his work. All charges were discussed up front, along with a thorough analysis of my problem (major virus). When I returned for the computer, Armando sat down with me and delivered a thorough course on maintenance/performance, virus avoidance and computer "well being" philosophy. If you are in need of a computer repair, and you appreciate a thorough and methodical approach to with a keen attention to detail--I highly recommend Armando at the Vegas Computer Dr. on W. | Message | I love this place. I have taken two of my laptops here and they are great. Armando let me know exactly what was wrong with my laptops. Office Depot wanted $700.00 to work on my computer. I payed half of that with this store and my laptops work great.  |
