| Message | I stayed at the hotel in 1977. It was my first trip abroad and I enjoyed it. Those days Portinaxt was not as built up as it is now.I returned in 2004 and was amazed at how the family had improved the hotel especially the quiet swimming pool. The food was delicious and plentiful and despite all the building, the hotel,location and beach are superb.THOMPSON must have been mad to lose this hotel as it would be an asset to any company.The real secret of it`s success is the Torres family. I travel on my own and some hotels treat you with indifference.Not at La Ciguena I just felt so welcome.As the hotel is intimate you soon meet other guests and it was not long before invitations to other tables were received and enjoyable wanders around the bay followed often rounding off the evening with a drink at the bar. I shall long remember the delicious breakfasts on the terrace,freshly cooked eggs,tranquility and fresh air,lingering over coffee. I always suggest this hotel when Ibiza is mentioned. | Message | Thank you for wonderful days at La Ciguenya! Our first stay there, but we visited Ibiza for the first time in 1969 and have come back for many years. From now on we will stay at La Ciguenya. We enjoyed the small, charming room with the balcony, perfect for quiet, peaceful mornings. Actually we enjoyed absolutely everything - the friendly "breakfast gang", our nice waiter, the cook and the helpers in the kitchen and the people in the reception. And the beach people and the staff in the bar, of course, and especially the room maid - such luxury to come back to a clean room! So: Thanks to everyone! We'll be back as soon as possible. If not earlier, at the latest next september when el marido de mi amiga esta cazando alces en los bosques de Noruega! Gracias y saludos de las dos mujeres de Noruega |

| Message | Really enjoyed our week at Apartamentos Portinatx. Lovely apartment with a fabulous view. Owner Juan Antonio was so friendly and helpful. This was our first visit - we can't wait to return! Excellent location, cleanliness and value for money. |

| Message | We have just had a wonderful 4 day stay. The hotel is exactly as described and the staff are brilliant. We could not have been happier. Slightly disappointed with the rule that you can only book a table to eat out on the terrace if you are NOT on half board but as it was quiet and we ate early we got one anyway. I would highly recommend this hotel. |

| Message | Just returned from a wonderful week break at the fantastic Hotel La Ciguenya. The holtel was spotless the food great(good variety)and the Torres family fantastic hosts. The setting is beatiful, the beach clean the views are amazing. My partner and my two boys Asa 12 and Soren 7 enjoed it immensely, as did my mum who stayed in one of the rooms with aa fantastic sea view. We hope to book for next year! Thank you all! |

| Message | Thank you for another wonderful 2 weeks in your lovely family Hotel. The Torres family sure do know how to make you feel welcome.Hotel is spotless,staff are so polite and the bar down stairs is fantastic. The view from the hotel is just brilliant. It's the first time the kids have stayed with us at the hotel and they absolutley loved it, especially Tom who thought Juan was great. Thank you Lolly for the fab breakfasts, they are the best. |
