| Message | It took the dress 3 weeks to finally arrive at my door, but it was worth the wait. The dress was exactly as pictured and the measurements were true to size. Gracie (damejolie) was there for any concern and even reserved the dress for me, which was very kind of her. Will definitely purchase from her store again. |

It is exactly like how I imagined it to be from looking at the photos on the website:) I'm really happy with my purchase! Plus, Gracie is an amazing shop owner. She was really patient and sweet throughout our whole email conversation. And she gave me 3 working days to pay for my dress (through ATM transfer) which is really a bonus considering how most other blogshops only give a day. | Message | Took a while before the earrings got to me, but it was not fault of Gracie's. There seemed to be some delay on the supplier's side, and Gracie was prompt to check whether I'd still like to purchase a replacement of the same item, when the one I ordered came and quality was not good. thanks for taking pride in your shop by making sure the goods sent out were of quality. When my earrings came, it was beautifully packed in a nice bag. Just a note; the 'stems' (back) of the earrings were bent when they arrived, probably singpost's delivery squashed the parcel. I had to bend them back, which is not a problem at all, but the paint came off & i was afraid it'd break. Probably something to note for future? Otherwise, thanks!!! |
