| Message | Hi! I am really glad I found your blog. I am going to be joining as an MC and I wanted to ask someone what their experience at A school was like. I kind of want to wrap my head around what I will be learning, what is expected of me, etc. I like to be prepared. I saw the overview of A school you blogged about, and I went to the DINFOS page, there is a course catalog on there, will I be going through ALL those courses!??!? I am kind of excited if it is a yes! Did you like A School? Are you still an MC? Do you still like it? What have some of our assignments been like!??!?! I AM SO CURIOUS!! | Message | Thank you so much for this mega inspirational blog! I'm an 4yr collage grad who is unable to find a job. I went to school to be an art teacher and have been looking into joining as a MC. Your Blog has been very insightful for joining as an enlisted sailor but do you have any information on what is would be like as an Officer? What kind of jobs would it involve, training, Pros and cons...? There really is not much information on officer life as a MC. so any insight would be a huge help. Anxiety and excitement come every single day since this decision and finding blogs like yours makes me remember the reasons I am doing it. Thank you and look forward to many more.
