MessageExcellent information and explanations of life that leads a Navy Seal. I am an admirer of this force even living in Brazil. I would ask if I were the United States there would be a chance to meet the dependencies of the training site. I am 55 years old and would die before having this experience.
Thank you for attention and a hug
Mauro

I AM YOUR EYES: Thanks Mauro!

MessageI've read much of your blog and really enjoy the conversational tone used. I am becoming a MC myself and ship to boot camp May 22. Your blog is, by far, the best insight into the life of a Navy MC available to the public; which I find odd, since it's the rate charged with being clear and concise communicators. I have a degree in economics so I'll join as a E-3, have always loved writing and, above all, love public speaking. Stand up comedy is even a hobby of mine.

Again, love the work.

Nick

I AM YOUR EYES: Agreed, I found it ironic as well. A couple MCs have started blogs (I got the idea from the Civilian To Sailor blog) but didn't carry through past A school. Thanks for the feedback, and I'll see you in the fleet. I'm stationed at Fort Meade, so I'll stop by and say hi when I can.

MessageThank you so much for this blog. I'm hoping to one day be a part of the United States Navy as an MC, assuming that the cards are in my favour.

I AM YOUR EYES: Thank you! Hit me up any time if you have questions.

MessageLove this blog, my dream is to become MC in the USN. I am actually doing an internship right now for graphic design and fine arts. This blog has helped me out a lot to see what you do in your job daily. Keep up the good work!
Note: Your facebook page link does not work.

I AM YOUR EYES: I'm happy you like! Hmmmm, I just tried the link and it works...at least on Firefox.

MessageLast week I signed my Navy contact and on Valentine's day I leave for basic. CTN was my first rate of choice, but when it was all sold out I stumbled into MC, not knowing anything about it. I found your blog in doing my research, and you've convinced me that I accidentally chose the best job in the Navy.

I'm very excited to get through with basic and start A school. Keep the blog going!

I AM YOUR EYES: Awesome, thanks for the support! Hit me up when you get to the fleet.

MessageWith havin so much written content do you ever run into any problems of plagorism or copyright infringement? My blog has a lot of exclusive content I’ve either authored myself or outsourced but it appears a lot of it is popping it up all over the web without my authorization. Do you know any methods to help reduce content from being stolen? I’d genuinely appreciate it.

I AM YOUR EYES: My blog's open to anyone to use, so I really haven't paid much attention. Most usage is good for publicity, so I don't have a problem with reprints. Good luck, keep asking around.
