MessageHi there,

Just browsing and discovered that Saltfleetby Haven seems to have moved on over the last 35 years!!

Sailed out of Saltfleetby Haven for many years during the 60's and 70's.

I and am now back living in the area and looking for somewhere to launch my 16ft sailing and fishing boat.

I visited the haven last month but didn't see (or realise) that there is now a concrete slipway!

Hope the information correct and hope that I may join the Club.

Best regards,

Ian

MessageHello

I am looking to crew yachts. If any of your members should need a crew or feel generous to let someone sail with them I would happily volunteer. I do have some experience having done various RYA courses and skippered 2 flotilla boats in the Med.
I did try your contacts page but it was not working

MessageOh - just one other thing, pity that small fishing boat has sold here - if anyone knows of a similar nice 16 foot plus - trailer - engine complete, possibly pebble cobble with cabin, or shetland sheltie even, have to choose whether comfort or speed and distance again - let me know.

MessageHi - it was lovely to meet you guys at the Clubhouse the other day. If I do manage to buy the house we are looking at locally I certainly wish to join. As In said I used to fish from there 39 years ago and had nice tope and skate! Please see my website peterwoodarts.com and take a link to my films on youtube from there to see the films on fishing off flamborough etc. years past that I have there? I have both RYA competant crew and motor boat cert and VHF radio plus much experience, yes, and would be only too happy to assist the club however I may, filming and all! smilie Firstly have to get a house! Look forward to sharing stories about the ones that did not get away LOL Peter
