| Message | I was sent Ivory White as a sample I paid $1 for it through Publishers Clearing House. When I received it I found a note inside the package saying to call and cancel or I would be Charged $79.99. I immediately called them and they then told me to return the box unopened I told them I wouldn't have known to call them if I hadn't opened the box. They told me I had a choice pay the $79.99 every month or only pay $19.99 for the sample. I asked to speak to the Manager of course he or she was not available. I then said that no where during my initial order did it say I would be charged more than $1 for the product he laughed and said stop being a sucker and I should of known better nothing is that cheap and it was my fault for giving my credit card number to them. I got feed up and took the $19.99 deal. |

| Message | I ordered a $1 sample of Ivory White teeth whitening product and ended up with an additional $78.00 charge. This is crazy! I contacted their customer service, spoke with a Meaghan and Supervisor Terry to cancel and was informed that I would not be reimbursed and that $78.00 would be deducted monthly unless I cancelled. Of course I cancelled requested if I could return what has been sent to me unused or tampered with and be refunded my $78.00 which was deducted from my account yesterday 9/8/2010! But has been informed by Terry/Meghan that even if I returned I would not be refunded. |

| Message | I was ripped off by Ivory White. My daughter graduates this year. when she saw the advertisement for a free trial she asked me if she could try it. thought 1.00 for shipping was reasonable. I gave her the bank debit card . Ivory White Then gave my card number to another company that had a 15 day free trial.Before I could cancel this place took39.95 out of our bank They were going to do this every month, before the 15 days,but like Ivory White they have a no return policy for the first payment. Yesterday Ivory White too their payment out also. We are out all this money. Since this all started to happen, my husband got laid off.We still have 3 childre at home and cant afford to be giving our money away. I didnt even know There was a kit I was going to have to buy. Ivory White says their not responsible for other parties. They shouldnt be able to give card information out. Our bank called us and told us its a scam.We sent the stuff back and our bank is going to try to get our money back from Ivory White. are still out 39.95 from the other place and I dont think the Ivory White thing looks too promising.I cant believe they can get away with it.We had to order a new card and it messed our bills up, they need to be stopped. |

| Message | You need to call the fraud department and report that this was an unauthorized charge. They will cancel the card and send you a new one. If you don't do this they may charge you again! Just tell them it was unauthorized and stand strong with it. Call the number on the back of the card now and report fraud, NOW. Cancel the card! They may send something for you to sign , just do it and they will replace your money, it works! The card companies get calls like this every day! Write with any other questions! | Message | I was shocked to see a $78.41 charge on my credit card. I sent the whole package back so couldn't understand where the charge came from. The number that was listed on my chqarge card was no longer in service could not get ahold of these people. Finally after much digging found a website and to my dismay still couldn't contact anyone. Someone Please tell me whqat to do. Called capital one and was told I needed to get further information from Ivory White. ANY SUGGESTIONS??? HELP.. |
